These Terms are a working draft for copyright.io. The operating company, registered address, governing law, liability caps, tax treatment, refund rules, and regional consumer terms must be completed by qualified counsel before publication.
The service
Copyright.io helps verified rights holders find suspected reposts, organise evidence, prepare enforcement actions, support eligible de-indexing requests, and track case progress. It does not guarantee discovery, removal, de-indexing, response time, or a particular legal outcome.
Your authority
You must own the relevant rights or be authorised to act for the rights holder. You are responsible for the accuracy of ownership, licence, target, and contact information and for reviewing the authority granted for enforcement.
Accounts and plans
Plan limits, billing period, price, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Annual plans are intended to charge for 10 months and include two additional months. Final refund and consumer-cancellation wording must be confirmed before launch.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Copyright.io may reject or pause questionable claims and may suspend accounts involved in fraud, false claims, abuse, security threats, or unlawful use.
